UACQ Player is developed by an independent developer. This policy explains exactly what data the App collects, how it is used, and how you can opt out.
We believe in straightforward privacy. No hidden tracking, no advertising networks, no unnecessary data collection.
When you explicitly opt in to data collection, the following information may be gathered:
We take deliberate care to avoid collecting anything that could identify you or your listening habits.
Collected data is used to improve haptic feedback quality through machine learning research and to inform the development of future product features. It is never sold to third parties or shared with advertisers, except as part of a business transfer.
Data is initially stored locally on your device and transferred to Apple CloudKit. Once uploaded, it is deleted from your device automatically.
Data is stored using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure (iCloud), subject to Apple's own privacy and security practices.
Data is stored via Apple CloudKit. No other third parties receive your data, except in the event of a business acquisition or transfer, in which case data may be passed to a successor entity under equivalent privacy protections.
Data collection is always opt-in. You may withdraw consent and stop all future collection at any time from the App's Settings screen. Locally stored data is deleted upon opt-out.
